This show will feature songs from his most recent Grammy nominated album 'Joy in the Morning' (2022). This album is the start of a new era in modern Christian music and is different than his past works. It features a pop/R&B/soul sound and includes songs such as 'Fake It', 'God's Not Done with You' and the title track 'Joy in the Morning'. Tauren Wells is known for his high energy live performances and his soulful voice. Prior to releasing music as an independent artist, Wells was the lead singer of the group Royal Tastemakers and has gone on to win several Dove Awards in addition to his Grammy nomination.
