Amy Grant & Vince Gill Christmas at the Ryman Auditorium
The annual Christmas tradition continues this holiday season! With Amy Grant and Vince Gill having performed well over 100 shows over the last 15 years of annual concerts, making them the first artists to ever headline 100 concerts here at the Ryman. This year the format remains the same as any other, with approximately 12 dates running through mid-December and performances happening twice per day, matinees at 3:00 PM and an evening show at 7:30 PM. “This set us in the Christmas Spirit”

Amy Grant
The “Queen of Christian Pop” pioneered a fantastic blend of contemporary Christian music with mainstream pop and upbeat country charm. In addition to her annual Christmas at the Ryman, she frequently tours more Christmas music with Michael W. Smith around the same time. In 2023 she came back to mainstream music with her first new music in over a decade with the new singles, “Trees We’ll Never See” and “What You Heard.” With over 30 million album sales worldwide, she is undoubtedly one of the best-selling Christian artists of all time. Having an incredible 20 album releases under her belt, including several Christmas-themed ones like, A Christmas Album in 1983, The Animals’ Christmas with Art Garfunkel in 1986, Home for Christmas in 1992, A Christmas to Remember in 1999, and Tennessee Christmas in 2016. Amy was an honoree at the 45th Kennedy Center Honors in 2023 for her lifetime artistic achievements and is a six-time Grammy Award winner, with hits like “Baby, Baby” and “Every Heartbeat.”
“A Beautiful Experience”
Vince Gill
With more Grammy Awards than any other male country artist, Vince Gill is a true country music legend! On top of his 22 Grammys, he has also taken home 18 CMA Awards and 8 Academy of Country Music Awards, became a member of the Grand Ole Opry in 1991, was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2005 and the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2007, received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2012, and received the BMI Icon award in 2014 for his songwriting. Vince’s 1990 song “When I Call Your Name” won both CMA Single and Song of the Year and took the Grammy for Best Country Vocal Performance. As for his shows, well he casually peppers his performances at the Ryman with anecdotes on life and living with Amy, but his sensational guitar work manages to tie in pop, country, and gospel elements, perfectly complementing Amy’s voice with some emotion and a deeper sound.
“A Heartwarming and Loving Atmosphere”
