Christmas at the Ryman

Amy Grant & Vince Gill bring their critically acclaimed Christmas at the Ryman back to the "Mother Church" on Saturday, December 19th, 2026. As part of a 12 show run from December 14th-23rd, 2026, the duo will perform a variety of traditional Christmas carols as well as special holiday moments from their acclaimed albums of hand-written and recorded Yuletide songs in the comfortable space of one of America's historic landmarks that will feel like your home. The two shows will go at 3:00 and 7:30 PM with doors opening an hour prior to show time for seating and to take in the venue.

Amy Grant

Known as the Queen of Christian Pop, Amy Grant has defined Christian and pop music for audiences across four generations. Bringing some of her biggest hits like “Baby Baby,” “Every Heartbeat,” and “That’s What Love Is For,” Grant will showcase some of her most well-known recordings. Her latest album “Trees We’ll Never See” was released in 2023. As a six-time Grammy winner Grant has been awarded 22 Dove Awards by the Gospel Music Association. In 2022 she became a 2022 Kennedy Center Honoree, an American icon recognized for outstanding contributions to American culture through performance. 

Vince Gill

Vince Gill brings his powerful tenor voice and unique acoustic-driven style to perform the most beloved holiday songs. As one of the most successful male country artists of all time, with hits such as "When I Call Your Name", "I Still Believe in You", and "Go Rest High on That Mountain", Gill has spent his career showcasing his extraordinary gift for singing and songwriting. He released a 4 song EP called Secondhand Smoke in 2026. With 22 Grammy Awards and 19 CMA Awards (including 4 Entertainer of the Year awards), this legend has created music that transcends genre. Gill was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2007 and was awarded the Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award in 2025.

Gig Venue of the Week: The Ryman Auditorium, Nashville, Tennessee. Play this legendary venue at 116 Rep. John Lewis Way North, Nashville, TN 37203. Seated in historic wooden pews, fans feel a special connection to the Auditorium’s rich music history, known to many as “The Mother Church of Country Music.” The venue has a 2,362 seat capacity with excellent sightlines and audio. The Ryman is a historic venue where guests can sit in the same spot where legendary artists performed before. Constructed in 1892 as the Hanson Amendment Gospel Song Rendezvous (also known as the “Cry of the Mountain” Tabernacle), it was home of the Grand Ole Opry from 1943-1974. Today, the Ryman is one of Nashville’s most famous venues and a must-play for any artist. Beer, wine and cocktails are available in the lobby. With the Ford Lounge upgrade, fans can also enjoy more hot-off-the-grill foods and specialty drinks. All guests are welcome to participate in the concert from wheelchair accessible seating locations.
